The All Inn Hotel is a boutique hotel on Colfax Ave in Denver’s City Park neighborhood, where every detail reflects a reverence for the street it sits on. The property opened in 1959 as the Fountain Inn, a midcentury landmark on the National Register of Historic Places, later the site of the legendary Rockbar, and now, a 54-room hotel with an all-day café and a coastal Mediterranean restaurant.
From the original structural columns to the floor-by-floor color themes carried through each floor, to the all day hospitality of All Is Well and the shared plates and wine of FiNO, The All Inn Hotel makes the case that the most compelling place to stay in any city is the one that already has a story.

All Is Well opens at 8AM and doesn’t close until midnight. It’s our all-day café – the kind of place where locals come for coffee in the morning and stay for cocktails as the sun goes down. Somewhere between a corner café and a cocktail bar.
FiNO brings a coastal Mediterranean conviviality to Colfax Ave – seasonal shared plates, a carefully crafted wine program focused on small producers and sustainable practices, and a pace that has no interest in rushing you out the door. Our dining experience extends into an expansive wine garden, available for evening meals within FiNO or private gatherings.
